We will begin producing your order after your order is placed. We are a small business and will do our best to have your order completed within 5 days. In some cases, it may take longer due to supply shortages or excessive demand for an item. We will contact you if we are experiencing excessive delays in fulfilling your order.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a return. Unfortunately, returns due to a wrong size ordered cannot be accepted. If you receive the wrong size, wrong item, or a damaged item, we will exchange it for the correct size/item. All other returns will be determined on a case by case basis. All returns must be made within 30 days.

Our products are typically fulfilled within 14-21 days or sooner. Occasionally, some items may take longer. We will do our best to communicate any delays and keep shipping times as short as possible.

Our shipping costs for most items are based on weight as follows:

• Below 15.9 oz: $5.49
• Between 15.91 - 31.9 oz: $10.49
• Between 31.91 - 47.9 oz: $15.49
• Between 47.91 - 63.9 oz: $16.49
• Between 63.91 - 79.9 oz: $24.99
• Individual rates may apply for anything over 79.9 oz.
